Hi Everyone
I have recently had surgery to clear my endometriosis and fibroid in my uterus. The surgeon was very happy with the surgery.

Prior to surgery I was having regular 27 day cycles. I have only had 2 cycles post surgery which have been 21 and 22 days.

I am trying to conceive and worried my cycle is too short. Is this normal post surgery? Will they get back to normal?

Thank you for any help you may have

I am no expert on this at all, I'm not even going to pretend to be but I mean if pregnancy can alter your cycles then I would guess surgery of that matter could have a similar affect. I'd think it would be temporary change but as I said, I'm no expert. I'd keep DTD as much as possible to try and hit ovulation, whenever that might be and maybe speak to your doctor about your concerns and see if there is anything they can recommend. Good luck.

Thanks so much. Fingers crossed it goes back to normal soon as I've read the luteal phase needs to be at least 10 days to conceive.

Fingers crossed for you! All the best hun.
