Wow holly looks so confident on the horse. Not sure I would have the confidence to get on it!

Local vintage car/bus/locomotive show. Thomas went on a miniature train by himself which was a massive achievement. He sat on it a second time but said no thanks and got off. So proud of him.

Today Thomas had a birthday party to go to. We popped into town before hand and he managed to spill almost all of an apple juice bottle on him and I had no spare clothes. £26 later in next he had a new outfit. He needs 6-7 trousers anyway so I didn't mind but he begged for the t shirt too (I would have picked a cheaper one)

The weather is back to being sunny and amazing. I couldn't resist going to the beach. It's been so long since I've gone and I only live about a mile from the beach. Here are some pics from the beach:

Yeah, I love it here! This is the beach just at the south end of the town I live in. There are three other beaches within a mile and a half of my house. It had been SO LONG since we went to the beach. It's probably been since last summer that we went to a beach! The kids went a couple weeks ago with my mom though. Since going this morning, Leo has been asking about going again, so I think I'll take the kids again tomorrow (Sunday) and make it a regular weekend things as long as the weather is decent. Then in a few weeks I'll be on summer break and I'll try to get them to the beach more regularly. We also make it to the school playground twice today! Or at least Violet and I did... the first time was during Leo's nap time, so he was home with my husband.
