Sick for first time this morning

This morning I was sick for the first time, felt light headed and a wave of sickness came over me, dashed to toilet and threw my guts up (TMI!)

Could this be a sign of things to come? I thought I was one of the 'lucky' ones who wasn't going to have any MS! I feel fine now though

Hey there
I had my worst sick day at 3 days off 12 weeks.
I didn't even make work.
Had to pull over in the car about 2 streets from home.
It hit me like a bus.
Horrible feeling!
So draining!
