DH wanted one that says "Pregnant" on it so I busted out one of these bad boys. It really hasn't sunk in yet despite my extreme fatigue and almost constant state of nausea. When I was walking around with my husband yesterday I told him, "I don't know how people don't know they're pregnant." I feel completely different physically- just sick and blah and tired, etc.- which is why I tested as early as I did (I actually started testing on Thursday, the first day I felt flu-like, and got a BFN obviously haha).
It really did feel like two cycles & ever since I O'd I've been telling DH that I really hope we caught the egg because I don't know how many looong cycles I can take. Keeping my fingers crossed that my last AF for quite some time is the one I had way back at the end of June!
I keep having dreams that I'm going to wake up in the morning and my test is going to be negative. Waiting until tomorrow to call my midwife and set up bloods. I am still so excited but also so nervous that something won't go right so I'm trying not to set myself up.
As for the cleaning products, I honestly don't know. Might be something to look into. I've always just used water & vinegar and added Dawn dish soap for grease or tougher messes haha. I'm a total hippie- don't be surprised if I name this baby Mint

Haha totally kidding (only said that because she said her parents are hippies). I would at least wear gloves like Mint suggested just to be safe- even when TTC.
