I breastfed my youngest for about a year and we had a really hard start. I got thrush in breast and it felt like I had hot pokers in my chest! but once it cleared up and I learned how to properly latch him on it was cake and iloved it. I will do it as long as I can with this one too

I do admire ladies who breastfeed for long periods of time. Everyone pushes for you to breastfeed as it provides your child with the best start in terms of health etc, but noone explains how hard it actually is. It is one of the hardest things Ive tried to do. But I really wish I would have kept it up now. Nice to hear from Mummys who manged to breasfeed sucessfully despite having older children to look after. Thanks everyone x

Yes we definitely should .
There's only a few weeks between us.
Think this time il be more prepared x
