Sky tv help?

I would obviously ask sky but every time i have called minimum wait has been 30mins!!!!

Anywat quick question i understand to have sky sports package you need to have the entertainment package?? Which is a 12month contract if i add sky sports is that also a 12 month contract?

You have to have the basic Entertainment package to then be able to add Sports or movies etc... But i am not sure if the sports are on a 12 month contract or not??

The live chat only pops up every now and then its so annoying!!!

I thought with sports and movies you could add them for a month and then take them off month to month? I may be wrong though

You need the basic package but not the extended one that gives you kids/music/etc. There is a minimum term for whatever is on at the time of installation. However, if you call the day after and add the extended package/movies/sports, you have to have it for a minimum of 30 days and have to give 30 days notice to remove.
