slightly confused about IC opk

I'm only on cd5 after a chemical, so ever slightly confused as to wether this is a positive or not.

Its the same darkness as the positive I got last month on cd13 I dont think its anything to do with having some hcg still coz 2 days ago I had a neg hpt and a plain white opk, then these yesterday and today... same as last month!
any ideas?

I'm cd 9 i think and your test looks like my one and i had a smiley face on a digi one as well
