hi ladies:winkwink: iv'e just joined sw:thumbup: but i'm struggling to get my head around it:haha: there's a surprise:haha: i'm doing extra easy, as app this is easier:dohh: would love to know what your all munching on? any hints? tips?

I am going back on sw tomorrow. Lost 2 stone on it since lay 2010 so taken a while but I have been up and down. Now back on it I have still lost that 2 stone just another 2 to go.
I do green and some ee as I love carbs!! I love chick pea cakes which can be classed as misuse of food but to me one of them is better than a muffin. Also pitta pizza, instant mash pizza and chilli con carne are my faves!!!
 
Theres a recipe for KFC style chicken which is good. I snack on fruit, yoghurts, alpen light bars (2.5syns), tesco light choices lemon slices (2.5syns) I know how to make syn free pancakes too - there are ways around things :)
 
I love the "low low range" especially the spreads. I add them to the pasta n sauce mixes, which makes them a bit tastier:flower:
