Slow cooker hot chocolate?

I made some for a party the other week.

4 tbsp drinking chocolate
2 tbsp horlicks
2 bags of chocolate chips
a heaped teaspoon of cornflour (not essential but I like it nice and thick)
a carton of double cream
Not sure how much milk I used but I just topped the whole lot up with full cream milk.

Turn it on low and keep an eye on it. If you let it boil it will be gritty because the chocolate will burn.

This made about 6 mugs full

I made some for work today. It was

Half a tub of drinking chocolate
4 pints of whole milk
Half a tub of single cream
Big (really big!) blob of Nutella

Just put it all in the slow cooker and leave on low for 2 hours...it's amazing! Can't take credit for the recipie though as it was on a blog recently.
