Smallish pink dots on my right breast? What do you think?

I've been trying to get pregnant for 9 months now, and thinking about it, it takes 9 months for a baby to be born, it's kind of depressing that it takes so long. Anyway, I've had these small pink dots appear on my right breast, only 3 of them in a sort of triangular connect the dots sort of way. They look like tiny, tiny mosquito bites. Has anyone had this before?

I was going to book an appointment for tomorrow. Hopefully they have a better clue about it.
