My dr I had back home said she would prefer me to quit when I was pregnant with both my boys but if I couldn't to keep it under a half a pack or less. My youngest I had a hard time and didn't cut back much. With this one I finally got down to under a half a pack but have been in turmoil with the father and been really stressed so picked back up :(. I feel awful really but it is sooo hard to quit, especially when so stressed out!

no judgement on you or anything ... coz ive been there done that but i think its so not hard to quit.... u just dont do it...

no one shoves it in your moouth and u have to fight em off... you pick it up you light it and you smoke it...

one day i made the decision to not pick it up anymore and not light it...

its so simple and its one of the most annoying things to hear is "its hard" its really not...

you make it hard for yourself by thinking u need to smoke

climbing mt everest is hard...

going through an mc because u smoke and living with it for the rest of your life is hard (yep i did it )

having lung caner at 40 when your kids need their mummy is hard...

causing your child irreversible damage and watching them live with it their whole life is hard...

so no... quitting smoking is not hard... its a choice and thats all!
