So I was reading about Soy...I have a question.

I'm a little late this cycle. Well, if I were to start soy anyways. i wish I was late the other way....it says do it from day 5-9 I will be on day 11 before I can get any...tomorrow. But my cycles have been anywhere from 2 to 2 1/2 months. Can I still start tomorrow since my cycles have been so long anyways? Or do I have to wait this one out? I'm supposed to see doc about clomid on the 21st of June but thought if I could jump start it, why not?

If I were you, I would just wait. That's my opinion, mostly because soy isn't really a cure-all, and you wouldn't want to make your cycle longer/'worse'! BUT when taken during the standard times (earlier in cycle) it has shown a lot of success!

I probably would not start it this late. From what I understand- you should not start it after day 5. Maybe you can try next time.
