I've just been crying on and off all day today. We have a beautiful DD that turned two in November and we've been open to children since we got married almost 7 years ago. I had pcos, an annovulation, Endo and went through so much pain and a few early losses before we got pregnant with her. Miraculously, my periods finally regulated about 3 months after she was born (33-35 day cycles). I swear to god every month when it comes to o time, we just never do it. I get so upset because month after month there is not even a reason to squint at hpt's. This month, I ovulated yesterday. We only bdd on the 25 (like midnight so practically the 24th). We almost did it two days ago which would have been perfect but then my daughter woke up screaming out of nowhere. And byb the time I got her down, he was passed out. :( To to our of, I just turned thirty today. One kid in seven years and now I'm freaking thirty. Now I have to wait another month til there is even a chance to catch anything. Sorry for the soon story but I've been so upset about this all day. Happy New Year.

Women with PCOS are more fertile later in life and enter menopause later in life. https://soulcysters.com/chance-of-pregnancy-in-pcos-may-increase-with-age/

I am sorry hun! :hugs:

I have a very similar story. I have pcos and tried for over 8 years before getting pregnant with ds. He's now 1.5 and we've been trying/ntnp for over a year. And to top it off I turn 30 in March. We are starting clomid in February so hoping that it does the trick. We got pregnant on it with ds so hoping it works again.

It's so hard now to bd since I work 8-4 and dh works 4-2:30. So we don't see each other during the week. So it's either a morning quickie or the weekends. So our timing the last few months on top of rarely ovulating just keeps compounding the situation.

Do you want to swap???? LOL

I met DH when I was nearly 33, had DS 3 years later and have been trying for baby 2 since he was 10mths I'm now nearly 41. I have also heard that PCOS can mean a later menopause and my current AMH level tie with that.

Sorry you have had a hard time. We had #1 at 33 and I felt time ticking as I knew we wanted more. We had #2 at 35 without problems. Now after a loss at 10 weeks we are trying again for a #3 at 36. I hope it happens for you soon.
