Son refuses to hold his bottle

My son is 9 months old, he has held his bottle before but was very sloppy about it and he always twists it around in his mouth and drops it..but he hasn't held it through a whole feeding. Is that normal?

My 11 month old wont hold his bottles, I know he can, he's just lazy!
