Sore sternum?

I keep getting the occasional sharp twinge in my breastbone, near the top of my cleavage, slightly to the right. It's also started a bit further down now, where my bra meets in the middle. It's only the odd twinge or I can feel it when I breathe in deeply.

Do you reckon it's anything to worry about? This is my second pregnancy and I can already feel my hips getting more sore, so wondered if it's just hormones affecting ligaments etc.
