soy iso ladies please any info much appreciated!

ok sooooo af got me yesterday after only 22 days (wtf) and the same with the cycke before... i usually have a 35-42 days cycle so this is weird, i took ac and evening primrose and maybe it messed me up.. i dunno, my thyroid has also just been stablised which im so happy about

so new cycle new place ac and evening primrose is obviously doing me no favours here because i dont even know if i ovulated

any advise on soy would be great thanks ladies

I have just taken soy this month hoping to ovulate very soon i did cd3-7 an today was my last day on it xx
