This is my first month trying soy iso I took it from cd3-7 I was using clear blue digi opks from cd10...cd10 & cd11 were negative and today cd12 was a solid smiley I missed the flashing smiley completely also earliest positive in the whole 18month ttc!

The problem I'm having is ovulation pain is horrendous!! I was laying on the sofa in agony earlier felt as though my ovaries were going to burst! Is this a normal side effect??

Yes, it is.
I took soy last month for only 3 days (oops, I was indecisive) and it made me ovulate earlier than I ever have (CD 14 instead of CD 21ish) and I had ovulation pains that felt like AF cramps for a couple hours. I took it this month for the whole 5 days so I am hoping I feel excruciating pain this go around :p I am on CD 9 now so we will see. I had 4 days of ewcm (usually have none at all), 2 days of + opk that was very much so darker than the control line (usually its just barely lighter than the control line and for one day), and I felt the OV pain a bit, never usually notice ovulation. Oh, it also took my LP from 11 days to 13 days with no spotting. Sometimes I normally spot for 2 days before my AF starts.

Hopefully it brings us both good luck!

Thanks Hun, it turned out I ovulated on cd12 the earliest ive ever ovulated in the whole 18months of ttc usually ov from cd15-cd19..I also had so much ewcm instead of the tiny amount I usually get so pretty happy with the outcome the ovulation pain was so strong never had anything like it.. Felt like my left ovary was about to burst!

Fx'd it'll be our months! I've read a lot of success stories about soy.

Me too! I am only CD 9 so i have a few days to go still -_- i hate waiting to ovulate!

Soy ISO. Is this a pill? Benefits?

yes, it's a suppliment you can take that helps with delayed ovulation. I took it when I got pregnant with my first, so I know it worked for me. However, my LO has some developmental delays and such, so this time around I am trying to do things as naturally as possible, so no Soy for me.

Soy taker here yes many ladies have reported they can actually feel ovulation on a soy cycle im pending af and going for another round of soy :)

Thanks Hun, pretty sure I felt the ov this cycle, never felt anything like it before if this month doesn't result I a bfp I'll deffo take it again next cycle.
