I have PCOS, trying for #2, I typically ovulate pretty late (BFP with #1 came on 4th round of Clomid after ovulating CD22)
I had follicular ultrasound yesterday on CD17, ultrasound tech didn't think it looked like I responded well enough for the cycle to have a positive outcome.
Then today at lunch I started having some bright red spotting with little clots and lower back pain/cramps. I haven't spotted since. Wasn't able to talk to my Dr but the on call Dr said she thinks I need to have a few more cycles since stopping breastfeeding before going on Clomid and that I'm probably starting my period again early. But I haven't spotted since this afternoon?
I also don't think it's ovulation because literally yesterday all of my follicles were smaller than a CM.
SO what did your bleeding before ovulation look like?
