Starting to get discouraged...

My temps are really starting to let me down, maybe I'm doing something wrong It's like they seem so whack and all over the place to me.

My temps are everywhere as my son doesn't sttn and nurses sometimes. Maybe something similar?

Your temps during AF will be a little wacky...that's why some women wait until after AF to start charting...also you might be sensitive to your environment....if I sleep with the heater on my temps are 1 degree higher than if I sleep with it off...and if I wear pajama bottoms to bed I can sometimes have a higher temp...some say that the room temp has nothing to do with BBT but I have seen it happen with my own charts!

Also meds can affect your temp...I often take Tylenol in the evenings which makes my temp the next morning artificially lower....

So for all these reasons this will be my last month temping...there's just too many variables that affect my temps...
