Mdscpa- Sorry about starting a new cycle, but maybe you can celebrate the new year with a *hugs*

My homebirth midwife is testing a theory of hers. She asks each of her clients to mark down the day of quickening (once they feel baby regularly) and calculates a certain number of days afterward as the day mom will most likely go into labor. As long as the placenta isn't in the way she says that it has been really accurate so far. So, I marked down my day of quickening, and based off her calculations I would have this baby on my edd! I usually go to 41 weeks, so I guess we'll see

Hey I'd like to join this thread.
I'm actually a long term lurker and this is my first post. Myself and my partner are Ttc, and have been actively trying for about a year. I didnt think it would take this long, I did fall pregnant when I was at university but ended up having to terminate at 4 months due to complications.

I'm now insanely frustrated, this year I've had 2 chem pregnancies and I'm now waiting to test for this month. I'm currently cd23, I have a long 30-34 day cycle, so the wait is unbearable!

I figured maybe if I joined in I could vent and stay a little for sane. Hi everyone else!!

Caution rambling vent following....
So I happened to check my bank account Sunday and found that some asshat had forged a check on my account for 400.00. Luckily the bank reimbursed me and I got it back but it means that I now get to spend some time at the bank to open a new account and at the police station to file a report and I'm freaking pissed. Not to mention I've had the strangest cycle. I did opks for the first time in a few months and while previously I would get only 3 days with lines back to negative day four I had like 6 days with day 4 being my estimated o date since the line was super dark and I had major o cramps that evening. Me and dh DTD the day before the first 2 line test and on day 4. Since then I've had cramping and twinges with some extra hunger and fatigue. I went to the gym and when I got back I went to the potty and had one spot when I wiped (sorry tmi) and I'm scared to test cause I don't want a bfn. The head games are messing with me.

Currently ntnp/ttc number 3,we had a mc last month at 8 weeks (baby didn't develop) I'm not tracking my cycles cause it drives me crazy, so we're just not protecting in hopes we catch, as we have the past 2 times (one successful) son number one has a different dad

I know exactly what you mean, I've been testing early this month until I spotted, I still have 10 days till test day, I think I've had 2 imaginary faint positives so I'm trying to hold out... especially after 2 cp's . But your symptoms sound positive!

Thanks but I went to the doc today 10dpo and it was a bfn. Good news is even with all the trauma in and after my delivery the most they suggest is more monitoring. I was a bit nervous about potential scaring in my uterus but was told in the diagnosed cases of ashermans there is no bleeding and most likely the cause of my lighter shorter periods is breastfeeding and I guess its common for d&cs to change your flow so we will see. I will test again Friday or Saturday if AF is a no show. She's due either Thursday or Friday...

Hi artsy. No AF but I did a test yesterday and it was negative on a digi that claims accuracy 5 days before you miss your period. I am hoping my AF starts tomorrow but if it stays gone I will test again Monday or Tuesday. How are you doing?

That's pretty frustrating. If implantation happened late you might still get a bfp in a couple days though. Is it usual for AF to be a bit wonky for you sometimes?

I'm doing ok. I just announced my pregnancy on FB last night. After multiple cp's before this baby I was super hesitant to tell anyone. But I guess at 22 weeks it should be ok

I hear that. 22 weeks is good. I did fb around then too. I was really scared something would go wrong. It did but both of us are fine and no worse for it. As for my cycle the last time TTC I learned it goes haywire while TTC. I've had a bit of stress this cycle. I had a really nice positive opk on DEC 2 so it should start today. Tests are pretty accurate now so I'm not holding out hope

And the witch got me right on time. Good news is my lp is back to 14 days and my app is accurately predicting AF and o within a day so even while bf I'm clockwork. I have opks and hpts coming and I've started drinking a fertility blend tea u til o is confirmed. I used it while TTC my dd and fell within 2 months

Great! We had our '12 week' scan today although I'm only 10 weeks. Baby looked great and was waving his hands all around and kicking his feet. It was incredible, I didn't know they moved around so much so early. Also, baby measured 10w4d but they aren't changing the due date or anything yet.

I go next week to get the blood work for the NIPT test so we will know the gender the first week of January. I can't wait to find out!

Jwc- That is awesome! So happy to hear your update! I also had a scan at 10.3 (baby measured 10.4) and he was moving around all over the place, lol! Maybe they'll be really active children! Will you have another scan around 12 weeks or will you wait until your mid-pregnancy anatomy scan?
How cool that you'll find out the gender in January too! I am so happy that things are going so well for you

Alli- How are you doing? How is the morning sickness?

All day sickness you mean??!! It’s still here. Maybe it’s gotten like 5% better but I’m still pretty miserable most of the time and it’s taking a toll mentally. I’m not used to being this inactive or feeling so unwell and not myself. I know it’s all worth it but I’m just hoping it eases off soon. The thought of maybe a month or more of this is really daunting and upsetting. I want to feel better and enjoy this pregnancy! I want to feel like myself, maybe a chunkier and bigger and more tired version but constant sickness and nausea really sucks.
