Still bleeding after 5 weeks post-labour?

Just a few questions girls:

1. It's nearly been 6 weeks post-labour (well on Thursday it will be) and i'm still bleeding. It's not like normal bleeding either TMI it's like clotted and stringy.. and it's not nice. Is this normal to still be bleeding now?

2. I keep being sick & getting VERY powerful migraines that leave me blinded for the rest of the day, anyone have any cures other than sleep? Had them since my son was born and it's taking the mickey - I never got sick or had migraines before hand.

The bleeding can be normal. I'm still bleeding now over 7 weeks after LO, my OB is giving me until 12 weeks to let it stop then a dnc. Best get checked out though unless its something like a retained placenta.

With the sickness and migranes, tiredness?! I know I get like this, when you are getting unbroken sleep it can play havoc with your body. Defo get checked though hun
