Not seeing midwife again, I have an appt to try induction on Monday but I dont want to go in for induction that means the whole birth will be slow and I will be hanging around the hospital for hours on end waiting for something to start when I wanted to be at home in my own surroundings in early labour, in the bath, walking around, cuddling OH, etc, etc,

I am going to ring day assesment on Saturday morning and ask them if I can come in to get a sweep to give me the best possible chance of going into labour naturally x

Hopefully a sweep will work!! Apparently you can do them to yourself too... i wouldnt know what i was doing though x

Can you try to take your mind off the wait at all?
I try to get out and walk as much as I can manage or Hoover manically - apparently a lady at my DD nursery told me that helped her, so my Hoover has become my best friend!!

Well good luck first of all, and second your baby will come! That doesn't sound very encouraging I know :/ maybe squats, stair climbing, and jumping jacks would make you feel like your doing something? lol I do that stuff when I feel motivated!
