still swollen

I'm in Florida and it's really hot I also sit all day at my desk

That's what it is - its the heat and sitting all day. I have my hard drive under my desk and prop my feet up on it. Mine tend to get swollen up to my hips but elevating it during the day off and on help a lot. And ironically - drinking plenty of water helps too.

Any elevation (even if it is a foot stool) is helpful. When you sit in a chair, you feet are in what is called a dependent position. As a result, gravity leads to fluid collecting in your feet (although there are many reasons for swelling, this is just one component). You can ask your doctor about compression socks/stockings which are sometimes recommended during pregnancy. While you are sitting at your desk, tap your feet and make sure to get up and move around periodically. Doing these things will help to circulate the fluid and hopefully reduce the swelling caused by pregnancy. Sorry you are experiencing this! Feel better!

Aw!!Your poor piggys! But my coworker swelled during her 32nd week she delivered at 36.

Mines swell sometimes especially if I dont sleep properly. Its so painful to walk!.
