Stinky cigarette smoke - any advice?

I know some ppl just sell alsorts of shite im really careful what i buy now cus ive been caught out so many times. Ive been abit put off ebay lately. I put on a double buggy on there and it was sold on buy it now and they never contacted me at all so ive had to relist it. What a waste of my time and money!!!
