Stomach feeling weird

Hi everyone I am currently 4 weeks and 5 days this is my 4th baby and i am already feeling my stomach acting wonky like bubbles, bloated , twinges, tightness I don’t remember feeling that with my previous pregnancies. Is anyone feeling similar or is my mind playing games on me ?? Thanks

I feel exactly the same, this is my eight baby. I’ve been number 2 like 4/5 times today. Which is what I am usually like when it’s a successful pregnancy. My tummy is making all sorts of noises hungry or not. It’s good hun, I promise xxxx this is my 22nd pregnancy, i usually lose babies week 6/7 after no symptoms. That’s my personal experience anyway xxxx
