I agree with Eala and Suzi B, the powder should always be added to the correct amount of water first otherwise it's not the right "strength" (1 scoop of powder for 1 fluid ounce of water) Evie has 6 or 7 ounce bottles and if I was to add the water to the powder to bring it up to the 6 or 7 ounce line, I'd be adding much less water than I should be so it wouldnt be the whole 1 for 1 ratio that formula is supposed to be
Back to the original topic tho, if we've made up a 6 ounce bottle, it's a 6 ounce bottle even tho there's around 7 ounces of fluid in it If she leaves an ounce in the bottle then we say she's had 6 ounces... yes it is confusing!!
