Sttn

He is 3 months and wakes once to feed (usually) but our nights are 12 hours so he goes 8-9 hours, eats then back down. He has had a few nights recently where he sttn.

Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child is a book that sums up our sleep training. It's a game changer!

DS is only 5 weeks so no, not sleeping much just yet - its killing me, lol! However DD STTN at 16 weeks but with some sleep training. Basically she had been waking for her 3am bottle but not really wanted it so we stopped it. We had screaming for 4 nights then she STTN. She's always been a great sleeper.

I really hope DS drops a night feed soon as I'm very sleep deprived and my DH works abroad. However he has reflux and lactose issues so we'll just have to see.

does not STTN; on formula; wakes 1-2 x/night :flower:

LO goes to bed between 9-10pm, sleeps until 5-6am, feeds and then sleeps until 8-9am. Personally, I consider it sttn, but ticked 'no, wakes up 1-2 times', but he sleeps about 7-8hours and that's pretty good to me!

best wishes

Kaycen just turned a month old yesterday. To me he is a great sleeper and has been all along. since about 2 1/2 weeks i feed him around 10 or 11 pm and he wakes up around 330 to feed and goes back to bed till around 7 Am. Hes a big boy and eats really good during the day. The dr told me that by the time hes 11 lbs he should be able to sleep all night without waking up to eat long as he gets enough during the day. Hes already around 10 1/2 lbs so hopefully in the next couple weeks hell sleep thru. I actually feel pretty lucky as i have always been told that ill be up alot and never get any sleep. I think there has been two nights so far (knock on wood) that he has not wanted to go back to bed after his middle of the night feeding for a couple of hours.

My little girl sttn at 10 weeks old, she is now 4 1/2 months. Her first night of sleeping all night was the first night that she went in her cot in her own room. Also think it help when we started getting into a 4 hourly routine at 6 weeks. But she only ever woke up twice during the night from birth.

My LO started SLTTN around 8/9 weeks. She has her last bottle around 8-9 pm and will wake between 7-9 am. She put herself on this routine. She is a great sleeper:thumbup:

I usually feed my LO at 9.30/10.30pm and he wakes at 4.30/5.30am then sleeps until 7.30/8.00am

He sleeps through the night every night after his warm bed time bottle. ; )

Our daughter sleeps from 10-5.30am, back to sleep by 6 and sleeps til 9am. I class it as STTN. Think she is doing really well, especially only being 8 weeks old tomorrow. No training, she just started it through choice xx
