...anyone do it as part of their fitness regime? I was thinking of going swimming once or twice a week to get fit and to tone up a little bit, but dont know if it's gona be enough!! I dont need to lose weight (bmi is bang on perfect), just need to tone a few wobbly bits and mostly get fitter. I dont do any other exercise so would it make any difference?
