Symptoms all over the place!

I guess the title says it all. My symptoms are everywhere! One minute I'm feeling sick the next minute I can eat for England. It's crazy and worries me too especially the random cramps I have. Does anyone else have this?

I'm the same one minute but put off by most foods, next minute stuffing my face. Yesterday ate a huge dinner and was still looking for more! No consistency to anything yet though sure it's all normal
