Tail bone pain after birth

Hello, ladies. I had a bit of a difficult birth with my daughter in August. Ever since I've had what feels like a bruised tail bone where she had pressed on it on her way out. It hurts to sit on and TMI but it feels like I always have to poo. Is anyone having this pain and what are you doing to help it?

I had this after my first child. She got stuck so I ended up with an episiotimy and forceps birth. Nothing seemed to help my coccxyx pain. It eventually just went but it took about 6 months xx
