Not sure if the car seats requirements are different in the US Sass but if you go for the colder sleep outfit, how will you get the 5 point harness between her legs as the layette will be covering them up down to her feet? x

I'm going to do a little cotton cardigan over the top of a onesie if needed. Suspect that the majority of babies will be just going a very short distance from the hospital doors straight into a car and then the same at the other end to get into the house (so outside a total of 30 seconds?). I'll also have a light blanket to put over him once he's strapped into the car seat to make sure he doesn't get chilly on the drive home x
