Taking omega 369 (contains 60mg EPO) after O?

Hi, some advice please ladies...
I just bought some more Omega 369 tablets, and while reading the box noticed that it contains 60mg (I think) Evening Primose Oil, I'm about 2 to 7 dpo so should I avoid taking them?

Probably. My understanding is that EPO can cause uterine contractions which is not best for nestling LO. Best of luck!

To be safe, probably, but that's a pretty low dose. I'd just get some Omega 3s by themselves. We usually get enough of the 6&9 through diet. Not so much with the 3s. Good luck!
