HAPPY NEW YEARS LADIES!!!

AFM, Painting the town tonight with the hubbs....off to concert #1 of 2. Unfortunately the concert we are set to attend on Sat will be missing the great Teena Marie However, we will still support the concert.


Who's testing for the New Year? Not me, just temping because my temps lets me know every time. My hubbs n I are praying for a implantation dip around the 7dpo..... (fingers crossed)

May God bless us all into the New Year safely and extremely fertile. May he allow us all to be the mommies of our dreams. May he allow us to accomplish the joy of motherhood along with all of the resolutions and goals we set forth in our lives.

I don't think you are out just yet. Get in a BDing session tonight when your husband gets home. What days are you taking the Soy? If you take it later in your cycle you ovulate late if you take it early in your cycle you ovulate early. I gauge my CM by insertion. Alot of times when you wipe it does not appear on the paper if you know what I mean. Good luck and lots of to you.

To help increase your CM, grapefruit juice, raw baby carrotts, EPO and lots and lots of water!

Are you joining the team? I hope so, we'd love to have you. Yeah, hubby and I did have another session last night, but I checked CM just before he got home and there was NOTHING. So I used Pre-seed. I take Soy starting cd2 for a total of 5 days. Yes, I check CM internally. I'm going to try grapefruit and carrots next cycle if this one isn't successful. Thanks for the advice and baby dust. So, what's your story?

I need to go shopping to pick up all that unhealthy, but totally yummy food that we always eat on New Year's Eve. We'll just stay at home and play a bunch of family board games (and Wii--the new Family Feud game is pretty cool), and eat.

Here's my story: I am 40 years young and we have an 8 year old. We decided to have child #2 so we are actively trying. We have been TTC since September so not too long. My OB/GYN is a RE Specialist so I've had all of the testing done and all is well just got to catch that egg. My cycles were a little crazy this year but have since regulated themselves with the help of soy. I also have/had a Vitamin D deficiency but that has been corrected as well. I think that also contributed to my irregular cycles but I can't swear by it.

I temp, Ovacue, grapefruit juice, EPO and soy.

Wishing us all BFP's in 2011!!!

Mom23monkies--I hear ya about Ke$ha not being "family" friendly. We always wait until the last minute before tuning into the ball drop, just because we have no desire to see how naked these talents can get and how suggestive their acts are. It's a shame that these people are who the kids look up to as role models. Anyway, I had a wonderful time with my family. I even got my hubby to play the MJ Will dance game. That was a hoot! This was my 14 year old daughter's Facebook Status last night:

ROFL! Mom & Dad playing Michael Jackson Experience, and Dad's the girl! HAHA! It's funny to see them dancing period, but Dad as a girl, and Mom as Michael? Phttttt! Bawhahaha! XD

The funny thing is is that we listen to ALOT of contemporary Christian music and my kids had never even heard of her before
My 11 year old son said "why isn't she wearing any clothes???? Doesn't she know she will never get a boyfriend looking like that??

Hope all of you lovelies are doing well this day. It's a beautiful sunny day here in GA and I love it!

AFM, making my 2011 rounds to the doctors for check ups I was just informed that my Ferritin level is half of what it should be. Doc gave me a prescription for iron that I will have to stay on for a while. I've heard low iron can affect fertility so we will see. Follow up visit in 12 weeks. Still hoping for a BFP soon, but in the meantime I will build my iron up and hopefully have good news for you lovelies by Spring.

I'm not out yet for this month, however I'm being optimistic. AF is due around the 12th. Off to the dentist now!!

That funny that you mention that. Before I had my TR my iron was very low. So he gave me some iron pills and prenatal vits and I have been taking them since about August. So yes take them.

I can't say this enough!! I'm so happy for you and your husband. Heck, my hubbs even sent congrats to the two of you once i shared the news lol.....


So who suggested the iron to you? Your TR doctor? My hubbs is upset, stating that my TR doctor should have known this before the surgery. IDK, but it is sad that my dermatologist discovered the deficiency Either way i'm going to get started on them tomorrow once the prescription is in. Hope to update ya soon. I've got a 3 month run with them in order to increase my iron level.

Take it easy and nurture that lovely baby growing inside of you.
