How are we all this morning?

Hope Tara is on the mend now!

Well, I have a cold! My first proper one of the year I think! When I breathe, my throat feels funny. But I feel so much better than yesterday. I thought I was in for something awful yesterday! My head was banging, I felt sick, achey, everything! But today it is just my throat and nose.

Well, I can't be bothered to do anything today. I think I might pop to town but that's about it. I might even get the train to Liverpool or something actually. I just want to go to Primark & get some of their cheap fluffy boots I have every colour apart from Chesnut, & the only ones that will go with my new jumper are those. So I might have to take a quick trip. As in, literally train to Liverpool, go to Primark & home!

I'm babysitting tonight as well, so hopefully the kids will still be up when I go round, so we can have a little playtime before bed. They are the sweetest kids ever, I just hope they don't kick off when their Mum and Dad go out Then I want them to be in bed by 8pm (Don't ask for much, do I?) so that I can settle down with the X-Factor. I might take some sweets and chocolate with me. I always feel bad eating other peoples food, & getting paid to sit and watch their TV etc To be fair, I'm sure even if they aren't in bed by 8, they will sit quietly and watch the X-Factor with me. Well, the oldest one will (She is 3, but I'm not sure about the baby!)

Did you get out in the end hun?

The weather has been pants. We went on a mad dash round Runcorn, & then back to Northwich for no reason what so ever. I went to Matalan though & got a new scarf, so I'm officially ready for the winter Bring it on!

I'm home now, waiting for tea. I'm having Chicken Kievs And then I'm off out babysitting. I'm so tired though & I feel so sick, so the kids will be lucky if they get much playing out of me. I hate being tired though when babysitting How bad would it be to fall asleep on the sofa & for the parents to walk in
I don't even know how much to ask them to pay me to be honest? xx

Oh gosh, I'm so nervous about babysitting. I know I work with kids for my job, but it's different in their own home and you don't know how they are going to react to their mum and dad leaving them either do you?
The younger child I hardly know, & I'm scared he will kick off a bit. It's only because it's like my first "real" bit of babysitting apart from family and friends.

Plus, I don't even really know where the house is.. xx

I just went to the shop to buy dinner, didn't go anywhere proper in the end. I'm so used to being in the house all the time the thought of going out somewhere busy scares me a bit

I dunno in terms of payment, maybe just see what they offer? Hope the kids behave for you xx

Sorry I've not been around. I've got Bronchitis or however you spell it, so I've been feeling really rough It really hurts!

Anyway, I had a good weekend thanks Katy, & an alright time babysitting, as far as babysitting goes. The children were stars though, so I can't complain at all. I was just getting texts all night from my best friend saying she missed me & it wasn't the same being without me on a Saturday night!

I need to go to town & get a new coat, because it's cold. But I daren't leave the house because I'm off work ill with my chest & don't want anyone to see me and think I'm sciving.. xx
