I know I'm a bit late but my HV said to move up when it was taking her a long time to have a bottle or if she kept falling asleep half way through! As long as she doesnt have milk dribbling out of the sides when feeding then she is OK Also ignore the age guideline on the packets!

Lola is on size 3 teats which are supposed to be for 6 months plus.....she's 7 weeks!!! But she's on comfort milk and gaviscon which makes her milk extra thick. xx

yeah we were def ready for size 2, such a difference! im glad i remembered about it!
