Signs i would look for is LO not taking much feed as usual (they often get bored trying to get milk out) but then less hours between feed (because they didn't get as much as they wanted in the first feed) ....If that makes sense
Caitlin struggled on teat 1 early on - she was a lazy drinker lol
Teat 3 is 6months+ but she didn't go on til 7/8 months they were too fast
& we use CTN bottles
If hes taking with teat 1 ok drinking enough appears not to be struggling then don't panic and when you move on to stage 2 you'll know if baby is comfy with them if not then you have them to go back to!
Will definately need to come from stage 1 at some point
I would say stage 2 at 3 months, but Amy used the closer to nature bottles until she could hold a bottle herself and never had to move the teat up from stage 1, she cried cause the other teats were too fast and she did not like it. x
agghconfused now lol. as i had never realised bout the stages, just chcked after seeing this post and we ahve stages 1 and 2. gave her a stage 2 before seeing this post and two words.... projectile (and) vomit!!! happens sometime and we cant ever figure out wh. reckon it because of these stage 2's that we have? Major OOOPS if so!!!!
