Teen Dad To Be Worried About Gender

Glad you got your little girl, congratulations! But honestly it's normal to have a preference!

I'd convinced myself and had my heart set on having a boy (didn't help that nephew was born 3 weeks before I found out I was pregnant). I even cried about it before my scan. When I got to my scan the sono asked me to guess and I looked and said boy and then she said girl. And honestly my heart dropped. I was so disappointed. But after I told everyone they were so excited that it rubbed onto me. By the time I gave birth I was so happy. And now, I'm so so glad that she is a girl. Especially being a single mum. :D I wouldn't change her for the world! :D x

Welcome to Team :pink:!

It's more common than you actually think! I really, really wanted a girl first and would I have been a little sad if it was a boy? In the beginning, sure. Would I have loved them just as much as my daughter? Most definitely.
