On a side note, has anyone heard if they are cancelling the next season? I heard rumors of that because of Jenelle's recent charges, but nothing else.

Okay, coming from someone who is married to a military man (We got married long before he joined) I can honestly say yeah, benefits are awesome and I honestly don't see why you're mad at her for wanting the benefits. I don't think that's the ONLY reason she married him, but yeah I can see why it would be one reason to marry him. Girlfriends are pretty nonexistent in the military. They don't get anything, zip nada nothing. So by marrying him she's entitled to protection for her and her son, and she gets to be with him wherever he gets stationed. I think she really does love him though, I just watched the after show and I think they're a great couple, I can see the love there. Kailyn really gets on my nerves though, hah.

ETA: Also, to the post who said Javi is too nice for her, would you rather her be with a douchebag? I think it's great, she has a temper, and he is calm, cool, and collected and can calm her down. They help each other in the relationship. Me and my husband are a lot alike in many ways which in turn makes us clash more. Idk, I think they kind of cancel each other out if you get what I mean.

I agree with you!! thats just how the military life works if she wants a future with javi she needed to make it work as a married couple too

What bothers me about Kailyn and Javi is the insistence that Javi is Isaac's father figure. Now, I understand that Javi is Isaac's stepdad, but as a stepmom myself and someone who also had a stepmother and stepfathers, I could never ever see myself the way Kailyn sees Javi. Javi is excellent with Isaac, but when it comes to being a stepparent, you have to know your boundaries. I don't call myself mom to anyone but my own son. I don't sit around saying I'm the only mother figure my stepson has. I moved up to Wisconsin so as not to separate my fiance from his son and his son's brother. That's how I think things should work. Kailyn very obviously is jealous of Vee, who by the way, reminds me a lot of myself in the beginning of my current relationship. I also tried to be nice and got slammed in the beginning. We are civil now, but it was not that way in the start. Kailyn is very obviously not over Jo and during the reunion, didn't Kailyn and Jo even admit to sleeping together while he was with Vee? Personally, I think Vee's too nice for Jo and Javi IS too nice for Kailyn. I personally think Kailyn needs to be alone, no douchebag and no "too nice for her" guy. She is clearly a codependent person and even went back to Jordan, just so she would have someone to be with. By the way, if what bothers her about Vee is truly the drugs, could someone explain to me why she got so defensive about Jenelle being arrested on her Twitter a week or two ago? I agree that Vee shouldn't be doing those things, but by defending Jenelle and slamming Vee, she's proving it's a jealousy issue.

I had to look Josh up lol couldn't remember him by name. They broke up and if I remember correctly it doesn't go into too much detail why, but I'm not 100% sure about that. She then started dating a guy named Gary. They were on and off, fought a lot, but Jenelle's mom liked him and he seemed to be good with Chase. He proposed to her and shortly after that they got into a huge physical fight. Cops were called chargers were put on him and Jenelle (for drug possesion, they were later dropped) and Gary was kicked out of the Military and had restraining orders put on him. She then called Kiefer after the fight because she was so upset. Keifer is and always has been a bad influence on her. Basically, he moved in with her and they got into hard drugs, like heroin. The last episode of this season she was really strung out on the stuff, it was bad. After this season, and currently, she was married to a guy named Courtland. They just got into a huge fight, cops were called and charges were pressed for assault and possesion of herion. She just filed for a divorce. Long story short...she has really bad choice when it comes to me.

As far as Corey and Leah, they do not end up getting back together. Basically, he wouldn't give her a straight answer about going to counselling to make things better. Leah goes back to Jeremy (not sure if he is in the picture yet, but they were engaged before Leah said she wanted to give it a try again with Corey...in my opinion Jeremy and Corey look very similar. lol). But yeah she asks for her ring back from Jeremy and they got married this season. A few months ago they actually had a baby girl together.

I wasn't even referring to your post. You're right he doesn't deserve to be hit, but she has come on multiple times and said how awful she feels and it was a mistake. People make mistakes. And like I said earlier, MTV edits this show so much that we probably don't even get the jist of their relationship so you really have no place in saying that they're marriage won't last.

AND Joe is her baby's father, of course she's not over him. She will probably ALWAYS have some feelings for him and yeah she may resent who he is with, she's only human.

Just to clarify: Baby momma, baby daddy... there are people who get over them. I am sorry, but I am so tired of hearing how you never get over your baby momma or baby daddy! There are so many people who do. Jenelle has no feelings for Andrew. She's quite unstable, but she is one of the only ones that hasn't gone back to baby daddy. My biological father has none for my mother and makes that quite clear. My fiance has none for his ex-girlfriend and thinks quite lowly of her. We're civil because we have to be, but he regrets dating her and he will let you know this. She has no feelings for him either! She is quite obsessed with her current boyfriend and talks about him to a point you want to vomit. My stepdad has moved on from his ex-wife as well and doesn't exactly speak highly of her either. People move on from their children's parents, it's not impossible. Not to get all personal, but it is pure generalization that you don't get over your children's father or mother and I'm speaking from seeing it firsthand. I was trying to say that if you watch the show, you DO see where Kailyn basically tries to imply that Javi is Isaac's only father figure quite a few times.

You're right, I shouldn't have said that she will probably always have feelings, that's simply not true.

But, she's made it clear she doesn't want to replace Joe as Isaac's father. Javi will be a father FIGURE, yes, but I just don't believe at all that she wants Javi to be his only father figure.

Anyway, I'm done trying to defend Kailyn, hah, she's definitely not my favorite at all so I don't even know why I'm trying here.

Just read this whole thread- LOVE teen mom!!

I see a lot of similarities between Kailyn and Leah. First off, they both HAVE to always have a man in their lives. Second, someone said in the beginning of this thread that Leah is always "shopping around for the best deal" and she definitely is- but so is Kail! Kail knows that Jo is not going to be with her again, so instead of being single, assessing her feelings, etc. she jumps into a relationship with another guy and speeds it up to marriage. Both Kailyn and Leah want their baby daddy's, I think it's probably hard not to have this image of a dream family once their LOs were born, but once they are rejected they decide that no matter what, they are going to have a "family" and jump into marriage.

I really dislike Leah, especially all that crap she did to Corey with the child support. wtf? He seems like a really sweet guy, I'm sure he has is problems but his girls are a priority for him and Leah takes advantage.

Chelsea is probably my favorite, I think she's sweet and I just feel bad for her when it comes to Adam. I know she looks so stupid going back to him and it gets really old, but like the other girls, she wants the "family" with her baby daddy. I just don't see a lot of manipulation on her part like all the other teen moms.

Jenelle is just ridiculous. She always blames other people for her issues. When her probation officer told her that her record was all because of Keiffer, she was like "yeah I know". He really meant that Keiffer was a bad influence but Jenelle meant that it's all Keiffer's fault and nothing she's done is her own fault. When Jenelle and Keiffer decided to press charges on Barbara for "trespassing" Jenelle says "well, I won't be able to talk to her for a while which means I won't see Jace, but that's how it's going to have to be since she needs to pay for what she did". She acts like she wants to see him but she doesn't care that much, I think it's for the audience's benefit. Seriously, Jenelle is a horrible mom and just makes excuses. She wouldn't last a single day with full custody. I love how she tried to say that she needs custody of Jace right after telling her mom that her bank acct is negative 600 dollars. wtf! Oh and I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but she is just an idiot!! The way she talks, you can tell she's kinda...slow? It's annoying to me.
