After explaining that she was only parked while drunk, Dr. Phil asked if she had driven drunk. She guesses, but only to drive around the corner to park. Two minutes later a cop came over.
DP: so you were driving drunk. That would be a yes?
F: I was not driving, so no, I was not driving drunk
DP: I thought you said you were driving
F: I drove around a corner and parked. That was that. So, I guess maybe, if I was driving, and still driving, and still driving, and the cop pulled me over, then yeah, that would be driving drunk
*audience laughs*
The difference, apparently, is if you were still driving or not driving. "When the cop came over, the car was pulled over, shut off, hands were off the wheel. There was no driving. That's that."
