teeth grinding

OMG!!!! Oh is in bed upstairs. i'm sat downstairs watching telly and typing away. i can hear him grinding his teeth!!!! it goes right thru me!!

Apparantly I grind my teeth (or OH says!!) but it wouldn't surprise me because when I wake up in the mornings my jaws are aching!! It's no fun
Went to the dentist to see about a mouthplate for night time but damn they are so expensive!!!!

DH does this. has a couple bite plates but man oh man when he doesnt wear it? click click click click ALL night. i hold his jaw to calm him down, put my hand on his cheek or wake him up.

I grind my teeth and my OH moans and moans about it, but I cant help it! lol

My OH does that in his sleep and it wakes me up! very annoying!

ooh thats sooo anoying! I always poke my Boyfriend as soon as he start doing it... And if he don't stop I poke a lil harder.. then he is mumbling something and goes on where he stoped! AARGG
