the ends screw together, if u look carefully u can see the little plastic bit that goes into the other xx

carefully put a abit of wool or something around her neck, not too tight but not long enough to reach the mouth and measure the string and thats the size u would need

I got mine from there, the screw ones are def the best.

I had a magnetic one first from eBay and the magnet came out, I had to glue it back in. I gave it to my friend cos it was too big for Freya

Have you measured round her neck? They have the small size in stock, although I would think she would need a medium. I have seen quite a few others in that colour around.

no she was 11", extra small

You could get the small then! It would last her longer than an XS. Freya has a small and it is a nice size on her!

Better that it is a bit loose rather than too tight. I think the older they get the less it matters anyway, cos the less scrunched up their necks are! Freya barely had a neck when we got our first one, it just got buried!

hmm im not sure now, leyla has a good neck, she never has that scrunched neck thing anymore, maybe i should get bigger so it will last longer?

I know I bought Hayden a 12in at 1yrs old and he still wears it at 2...he is very small but just to give you an idea.
