Temp but not in morning?

This morning my temp was the same temp it has been all day...

But now it has raised...

But it is not the same time I normally temp so is it accurate? Did I OV today?

temps can chang thow out the day the only way to know istemp every am when u wake up

u must use the first temp u take in the morning and leave it at that cos if u start taking different temps at different times u will just be so confused!! just use the temp u did this morning if u took it early/late if ur on ff u can correct it uknow? or on mymonthlycycles

Yeah, my temp throughout the day varies a lot, sometimes up to a degree. But my temps on waking seem pretty consistent depending on where in my cycle.
It's the one you take the minute you open your eyes that counts, or so I'm told!! xx

Yep - stick to the 1st temp as soon as you wake up & disregard any other temps as they dont mean anything x
