temp experts help !..darent temp tonight !!

When you say you daren't temp tonight, tell me you take your temp as soon as you wake up at the same time every morning??

I take it every morning as soon as I wake up before I move. I aint saying I wake up at the same time everyday !! X

Have u ever used the bbt adjuster Hun, I see u have open white circles on ur chart due to time changes, If u google bbt adjuster u can change those

If you dont temp at the same time every day, or use the temp adjuster, your chart wont be correct, and therefore wont tell you anything.
WSS ^^ this would make your chart more correct. Xx
