Temping experts advise please

Hi all really don't understand what's going on at the mo I do my temps early each morning but there jumping all over the place anywhere between 96.2 & 97.4 anyone know why this could be happening at all I'm currently on cd10 & kinda think is there any point continuing with this when it's all over the place. Any advise would be greatly taken thanks

Do you temp in bed before you've even sat up, and always at the exact same time? Is your bedtime always the same? If any of those are "no"'s then your temp will be all wonky

Yep keep it at my bed side alarm set to the same time everyday
