Caz how are you dealing with the ms? I'm like u, sick but not actually vomiting.
Have you heard that we can't drink any type of herbal teas?

Morning LAdies!! Well, just got back from the ultrasound and thank GOd everything is ok! There is only 1 baby but it is ok and heard a strong little heart beat! 122bpm. I'm so relieved!! Thank you all for you support! THey aren't sure why I'm still spotting but since everything looks fine I'll wait till my offical 1st OB appt Dec 2nd!

I saw another sac but it was really small and empty and the tech looked over it but didn't even mention it so I'm guessing maybe that has something to do with it? I'm just so happy everything is ok! Do you think you'll get an early scan?

Trey - yes I heard you can not drink herbal tea at all as some can be dangerous apparently! I dont really have any ways of dealing with the m/s yet

Thanks Caz. I heard that smelling and sucking on a lemon helps with M/S. I swear by those sea bands. I sleep with them everynight and I havn't been since. SOmetimes I get a bit queazy during the day but its has improved soooooooo much! You guys have to try it! My DH is convinced there is still another one hiding! Hope you MS gets better soon guys! I want to thank you agin for all your support ladies! You really got me thru a very hard time!

I started putting up my Christmas tree last night!!! So early I know but I couldnt resist!! I need to go out and get a couple more bits today though so will finish it later today then will add some pics!

Im 6 weeks tomorrow - so excited as that is my first milestone!

Thanks ladies and good morning! How is everyone feeling today? I woke up this morning a bit more queazy than I have been. I think its because my DD & DS were up all night long!I use to be able to go on 1 hour sleep for days at a time and be fine but now if I don't get a full good nights sleep and usually a nap during the day then I'm useless!

Caz, So happy you got to your 6 wk mark! I was so excited I got to "my baby is a blueberry" stage yesterday! I feel likes its gonna take forever but actually can't believe I'm already 7 wks! How is your MS? We have Thanksgiving next THursday and most people I know wait till the next day call Black Friday or that weekend to get their tree. That's when we are going to get ours. Do you get a real tree or do you have an artificial?

What about everyone else? WHen do you start decorating for Christmas? Do you get a real or fake tree?

Trey, how is your MS? Have you told your kids yet? Are you having Thanksgiving at your house? Do you have anymore family to tell about your little blueberry?

Coral, I know your DH is from the States do you celebrate Thanksgiving at all in your house?

Well, next Fri my mom-in-law is coming to stay with us till around January! I'm not really that happy about it. She's a really nice woman, but 1: she doesn't speak english and my spanish isn't really great 2: I work at home and its not me being in an office its kids running around screaming,painting,playing etc and she's not the most kid friendly grandma out there. 3: She is VERY religious with a very strict religion. No pants or make up for woman, no music,no dancing,no alcohol,no tv,etc. That's totally not me! She is really good about not trying to push her beifes on us but I don't want her to feel uncomfortable while I'm dancing around with the kids etc. She's coming with no money,no job no nothing so its another mouth to feed, @ christmas time which is gonna be hard. And its another person for me to clean for,cook for etc. UGH!!! I know I shouldn't feel like this but its hard. How would you like to tae your mom-in-law with you to work,then come home with her, be with her 24 hrs a day 7 days a week for 2 months? And she bought a 1 way ticket so Jan is not even a guarantee when she;s leaving. She going thru a divorce and her "husband" isn't paying for their house and she will be on the street but there is no plan n what's gonna happen in Puerto RIco while she's gone and if she'll ever go back! I am very independent and moved out of my own mom's house when I was 15 and got an apt with friends from school so I haven't lived with a parent in a LONG time! I don't like people in my space. The worst part, we have a little small 2 bedroom house so my DD is gonna come back in our room, and she is gonna go in my sons room which means he can't just go in his room and play if he wants, can't bring friends to play because there is no room. I just have to find some positive things about this because weather I like it or not it happening!

We dont really celebrate thanksgiving here usually as it isnt a holiday so kids have school, we have work etc. We have a really nice fake tree but when I was in the states we always had real ones. i love the real ones but hate the damn needles falling off everywhere!

I know what you mean about tired, I am exhausted! Thjis might job is kicking my arse so bad!! Last night at work was the worse I felt like I was going to fall over and had sand in my eyes they were stinging. I got about 2 hours sleep when I got home this morning then had to get up to get the kids ready. I just slept on the sofa for about 3 hours but still feel soooooo tired. I hope I can manage to keep this up until Xmas.

Sorry about your MIL, why is she comeing for so long? Does she live far away then? Hope she doesnt drive you nuts. It's a shame she wont help you, my MIL would.

My MIL lives in Puerto Rico. She's getting a divorce and her hubby isn't paying for the house. SHe's gonna try and get help from the government here because she's disabled so she can get her own place. Hope you get some more sleep soon. What do you do at your new job?

Hi you guys!
I hate to complain but I feel bad again today. Jojo, where did u find the sea bands. I have a friend who sd she looked everywhere and couldnt find them. I feel sick if I don't eat and sick when I do.
Thanksgiving is at my MIL house. I will cook bread pudding this year. My MIL lived w us for 6 months. I tried to be ok w it but it was difficult. It was a long time ago so we didn't have kids then and she had a job to go to everyday.
I love real trees but we are going to fl for Christmas so we probably put up the fake one.
Not many ppl know that we r expecting. My husband's family isn't good about keeping secrets so we will see how many know at thanksgiving dinner.
I haven't told the kids. I figure ill tell them when my stomach is big which shouldn't be long from now.
How many of u are still bloated?! How do I find relief from it?
How's the spotting, jojo?
Coral, r u working ur job for Christmas cash?
