today....going to try my hardest and be good again i hates weekends lol how can a saturday and a sunday make u wana eat so much more lol.
going to town in min so going to try n get sum healthy snacks and boy i have tooth ache xx

yesterday

once again forgot to write in it lol
well yesterday wasnt a bad day had ready brek for breakfast thinking oo that wil be good dam milk lol it totaled up to like 5 points lol. ah well xx
 
DAY 56

well being super good today....going to try not to eat much lol weigh day tomo
abit nervous cus im only getting 1lb or 1.5lb last couple of weeks so im hoping the scales r nice to me this week and gives me a bigger loss its only fair right lol xx
 
DAY 57 weigh day

and ive lost 4lbs!!!! wooooo :happydance: :happydance: so chuffed
and its given me a big boost compared to loosing that lowsy 1lb n 1.5lb last week. sooo...

WEEK 1 -4.5lbs
WEEK 2 -2.0lbs
WEEK 3 - 0
WEEK 4 - 4.5lbs
WEEK 5 - 2.0lbs
WEEK 6 - 1.0lbs
WEEK 7 - 1.5lbs
WEEK 8 - 4.0lbs
TOTAL 19.5lbs

i will!! be a size 14 by my birthday xx

lmao!! haha....birthday is 24th november....and i want to be buying my birthday outfit from warehouse or topshop...not a bloody pluz sze lol....so i idealy want to drop 3 dress sizes soo wat ever that is in lbs i duno but i wud say ive gone down a size in jeans and thats 20lb woow!! 60lb for 3 sizes pmsl i bloody hope not xx

i was 22 in trousers/jeans....and 20 in tops.....now im 20 in trousers and which r stil big but i need the size round the legs as i have thunder thighs lol....and shud really start getting an 18 in top lol.

size 14 seems so far away lol but i will i will i will get there lol....ur not far of a 14 so u can go to a size 12 by ur birthday lol xx
 
yeah its weird though cos even at my smallest I wouldnt get into all size 12 jeans!! I do hope to be a size 12 by my birthday though :)

I started off at a 20.. now I can fit in most size 16 trousers... for tops its 12-14... sometimes a 16 depending on the style!!

I have size 10 t-shirts in my drawer :cry:
 
ahh pffft!! bloody size 10!! lmao there is no way on earth this gut is getting into a 10 regardless of how much i want and loose lol....i dnt ever remember buying anything smaller then a size 14 for my bottom half which was black trousers from topshop....and it was wen i was 16! so i no i can be that size again...its just getting there lol....i wish i new for defo it was a stone a dress size but i no its not but when i get to see 13 on the scales thats wen i guna no i been doin brilliantly....14,11 now hopefully 14.9 by tues...fingers crossed xx
 
I cant wait to get to the next stone down... i really be so so chuffed... need 3 lb for that tho and the way ive eaten today im not heading in the right direction :rofl:

woah missed a few days there
well had a chinease on the tuesday and mac donalds on the thursday....done a little sneaky weigh in today and it ses ive gained 1.5lbs :blush: :blush: man it sucks....ill even be happy with 1lb loss this week but that means loosing 2.5bs in 3days...not guna happen....really doesnt help that im due on this tuesday so bound to gain more humpfhh i dont like taking step backs! xx

well the scales still say ive gained 1.5lbs i really reckon my 4lb was a fluke last week.
but tbh i havent had a poo TMI since monday...almost a week so i no thats affecting me...just nothing is working and ive come on ful swing today so im al bloated n humpfhh....i jus wana go poo and loose 1lb ill be chuffed with 1lb.....not havin a good week this week man xx

soo ive kinda accepted the fact now that im going to have put on this week...i no it sucks but not much really i can do about it apart from hope for at least a 3.5 loss so it can make up for wat i put on and a pound extra last week and this week lol. i think abit of my problem is the lack of eating i tend to not eat till late afternoon.....but im going to have breakfast dinner and tea try no eating after 7 and going to eat my points again instead of just having 15 or so a day.....fingers crossed il have a poo tonight lol xx
