lol well been good today other then i had a double decker but umm is was sooo nice!
and so worth it lol.
really hoping ive lost wat i put on and more this week only 1 n half more days now....fingers crossed xxx

WEIGH DAY soooooo ive lost 4lbs yup 4lbs wooooooopp woooo makes up for me putting that nasty 1lb on last week.

also went to newlook yesterday and fitted in their size 18 jeans..and bought a pair of size 18 from next....only thing is all my old trousers r size 22 n i have literally 1 pair of cropped jeans that fit me and 1 normal pair that kind of do but i dunt like them....all my tops r getting baggy which yer i like!!...but i stil have no dam clothes lol....i dunt wana keep buying them as im just wasteing them but its annoyin me going out dressed as a tent all the time xx

WEIGH DAY
and i loost 2.5lb woop woop woo thought i was guna put on thi week but didnt so very happy been abit naught with chineasys....but im guna start writing in here evry day again and get bk on track so from the top...

WEEK 1 - 4.5lbs
WEEK 2 - 2.0lbs
WEEK 3 - 0 (STAYED SAME)
WEEK 4 - 4.5lbs
WEEK 5 - 2.0lbs
WEEK 6 - 1.0lbs
WEEK 7 - 1.5lbs
WEEK 8 - 4.0lbs
WEEK 9 + 1.0lbs
WEEK 10 - 4.0lbs
WEEK 11 - 2.5LBS

TOTAL 25lbs woo xxx

i think Ive budged about 7lb and youve budged 21lb.... see why im getting frustrated ?? lol
 
lol but then once i get to ur amount loss id think ive defo hit a wall....i need to see 13 on the scales too no its workin lol....but if i dnt stop with these dam chineases thn i nvr will haha.

so was a tad naughty with anoher chinease lol butt it wont that nice last night so got rid of the craving now me thinks x

actualy not eaten a thing yet today lol....prob have a sarni in min n guna b a good girl xx

2nd june WEIGH DAY
lost all of half a pound so thats abit crappy butstil in the right direction i guess.
was a little naughty yesterday i findit so hard in this weather al i wan is bbqs lol

but today is new day and im going to do it!! xx
 
DAY 86

went to cinema last night maaan was soo tempted to get burger king or hot dog...but i got myself a foot long sub instead lol but that was my tea....and had a pak of wine gums and half a small pak of snack a jacks popcorn so i didnt go over on points pleased with that evn tho i soo wanted some chips on way home after pub.

DAY 87

been good today too so far had sum strawberrys and banana for breakfast .
am so hungry this week n realised im bloody due on this weigh day arnt i! so no way am i going to have a bug weight loss humpfhh...i jus wana see the scales go to the number 2
guna try my hardest to be good man no chineases this week. evn a 2lb weightloss will excite me xx
 
Just read thru your jounal and your doing great :) a inspiration to me, i started my diet week ago today, dying to know what i have lost lol x
 
wens ur weigh day lol?....mines tues but u cant help but have a sneaky look on wed thur fri sat sun mon pmsl...na i usually try to keep it to jus a sneaky preivew on a fri....but admitidly have looked weds and this mornin lol....its just as addictive as junk food imo lol

r u following any kind of plan?.....hope u do well hun xxx
 
Ha ha, I know what you mean about jumping on the scales! I was sooo tempted this morning, but I resisted I think you stay more motivated if you only do it once a week.

I started my diet last thurs but did not get weighed until sat morning :dohh: with OH cos he is dieting too, so I am getting weighed in the morning at boots dont have scales so I cant be tempted to weigh myself everyday lol.
Na not following any plan just good old low fat low calorie diet and plenty of walking...hate getting weighed in front of ppl at a meeting :(
god its so hard and I have tonnes to loose :hissy: but I am very possitive. OH works away during week and I am dyin to ask him to bring in a mc donalds tonight but NO must do this :happydance: xx
 
chicken nuggets r the best option if u do.....

lost 25.5 so far and started 12 weeks ago ....think the day my journal started.

done good today had a subway nd a snacka jack evn went inside macy ds with my sis and had nothing wooo.....back on it man i really hoping for 2lb but wat wit af due im not betting on it xxxx
