ok so weighed myself this morning and i havent lost anything! but i havent gained either woooooo!!!!! so im exactly the same which i am really pleased with so...

WEEK 1 - 4.5LB
WEEK 2 - 2LB
WEEK 3 - 0

really going to try this week going to do an excersize dvd....pmsl i tryed doing a star jump yesterday and it felt like my knees were going to snap lol

DAY 23

cinema tonight.....tryed me hardest all day to save somepointys soo i can have a foot long sub later lol....miss piggy alert <---------- lol

also any gals no if for eg im allowed o save up 4 points today tomo n have 12 extra on fir and 4 less on the sat too xx

out of interest whats the points/calories in those ad what do you go for?
 
yup i had my sub it wasss yummy!!

ham/turkey or ham and turkey breast on normal italian bread is 7 points for a 6"
im not sure on what the calories are....but when you get a subway the napkin has calories and fat i think it is of the popular subs wrote on it as like a picture/stamp

and the film was brilliant....ive been wanting to see knowing for aaages and it really lived up to my expectations very very pleased with it xxx

well not had a bad day today although i feel like ive ate loads...which is really making me feel like im being naughty its sooo strange!! and it doing my nut lol!

had a subway! again! which i must start to ease off lol and i had a light choices curry and a few snacks between
really would love to have lost this week man....id be really really happy with 2lbs but guess 1 will do lol ....just 1 seems such a lonely little number 2 is much more happier lol.

hope every1 is ok xxx

yesterday- well i managed to have just 1 point all day so i cud have a decent dinner and sum alcohol the night was abit poop as was the dinner lol....but i have no clue how mnay points i had so we wil jus count it a a rigt off lol xx
 
DAY 26

gollly i cantbelive i started this 26 days ago...its gone soo quick i hope the next year in regards to weightloss flys by lol...going to pick up where i left of today

tbh i dont even feel all that hungry.
ive been really lazy on the whole excersize dvd this week ...i was ment to start it tuesday but stews been off work all week and im not prancing around like a prat infront of him....so as of monday ill let archie have sum giggles of me.

weekends here again..the need for a takeaway is slowly going...i find if im indoors im absolutly fine but as soon we leave the house n go into town im like mmmm fooood lol

anyway...blabbering now.....good luck girls....no cheating girliesxxx

feeling abit blahh lst cupple days think it cus i due on and the fact that i cant see any difference in myself since starting....i no its not guna fall of n that it wil be slow .

i just want to fit in a pair of old tight jeans!! lol

im doing ok point wise ....i just hope it shows on tuesday that i am actualy loosing
hopefully the witch wont add a few pounds and have made me put on lol my god id be gutted xxxx

ok so im officially addicted to subway i cant stop eating it man...its turnt into my new junk food lol.

so ive had a fruit jelly today and subway n prob hav pasta for tea hoping it wont sit on me to much for weigh in tomo...really hope ive lost at least 2lbs man id be happy with that xxx
 
As long as you load up on the veggies and don't have too much cheese the subway won't do you too much harm chick... now their muffins and cookies are a whole other ballgame lol!

lol well i just have ham standerd that comes with cheese lol...but all the salad too n i count it in points lol...i jus eatin it every dat atm maaan i cud eat 1 their cookies rite now white choc nut one mmmmmmmmmmmmmm xxx

woooo ive lost 4.5lbs

haha so scared my scales have broke (hopefuly not)
but thn ive hardly snacked at all this week so....

WEEK 1 - 4.5lbs

WEEK 4 - 4.5lbs

TOTAL 11lbs woo xx

In the big brother house lmao...may aswel b

soooo i wanted to use all my points yesterday cus id been starving the day before lol....but then realised i wasnt evn hungry so i was just doing it for sake of it...so i thought sod it i dont need it.

got the weekend to ourselves this weekend eeeek!
but evrytime i think lets go out do sumit fun. meals pop in my hed. i wish i didnt asssociate food with having fun ....guna have a lil jacket n cheese triangle for lunch me thinks today xx

well today has defo been a snack day all within my points like but maaan i feel like ive ate so much crap popcorn crisps jelly flumps maaan the lot.

now having me dinner which is also late but nice and filling so hopefuly i wont need no more crap

oh and me being due on is this tuesday haha i got wrong week xx

oops forgot yesterday lol
well went a little over on points i think....ive been feeling soooo hungry i no due to af but maaan im look a food bin lol
had a biig subway and went to pics and out drinking and has sum popcorn :blush:

well going to try my hardest to do really well for tues weigh in
drinking lots of water now going to aim for 5/6 glasses a day which is 5/6 more then i usually drink as i drink hardly any usually....also going o try not to eat all my points as wen i sneakily weighd meself yest i hadnt lost anything yet....so trying super super hard! xx
 
well having the water has defo kept me bloated..which in turn makes me less hungry so thats good. 4 n half glasses so far...i only usually have like 2 glasses of juice orfizzy a day...imnot really a drink person tbh....not had many points today either had bout 14 so quite please with myself. x
