Hi ladies
I have been using OPKs and last month I had my surge and 14 days later AF arrived. I had my surge again last Weds and have irregular cycles so never know when I will O without OPKs
I know that just because you have had your surge it doesn't mean that you have def ovulated. But if arrives does that mean that you def O'd????
I know you can confirm O with BBT but I am too unorganised to do this in the mornings!!!

tbh i dont really know, (sorry) im in a similar situation ive just had my first pos opk but like you i dont track bbt so i wont know for sure if ive ovulated, ill obviously be dtd lots in nxt few days so just have to wait and see.

No I'm afraid AF doesn't prove ovulation, it is possible to have a full cycle without ovulating.

The only definite way to confirm ovulation is with a BBT chart, or an ultrasound (which you would have to do privately most of the time).

However, egg-white CM is an excellent sign of fertility so if you get that - it's time to DTD! x
