I emailed clearblue to say I was going to pull out after this cycle as the dual hormone ones don't seem to work for me at all, and she said that it's the pink digital ones we get as a reward if we don't conceive on the trial not the ones we are currently using. So that's swayed me to keep going as the pink ones have worked ok in the past and it's only one more month of pee collection. Plus I got my third cycle box in the post today, didn't realise they had already sent it as didn't get a text this time. I got a box with 10 sticks in it for cycle three though rather than 20.

Got to admit am loving just weeing in a toilet 1st thing again! I don't think i am much of poas addict!! :haha:

CD3 here... Waiting for AF to do one then we can get to bd'ing

OH had the chat and said that if we're not pg by the end of the trial then we'll seek help as that would have been 12 cycles :(
 
Got my pack today so just need to wait for AF.

Digital OPKs and two pregnancy tests and diary sheets to fill in.

Jodilee - we'll be at that point end of next month.
 
Yes we'll be there soon too. Does anyone know how much help you can get from the nhs if you already have a child? Do you still get the testing and things done by your gp? I know you generally don't get Ivf or anything like that.
 
How comes you can't get ivf if you already have a child?

I told my gp I've been trying for sometime and I already have a son who I conceived with no problems, she's sending me for a scan anyways to check if I still have the cyst on my ovary then she said we'll see what comes back from the scan first
 
I imagine it will vary by area depending on funding.
 
Sounds like they still do tests then. I know my ccg won't fund it if either of you have a living child. The nhs only has limited funds so you can understand money being prioritised for couples with no children. Let's hope the trial gets us all preggers anyway :dust:

Congrats purple!!

I'm on CD2 of my 2nd cycle doing the trial, me &hubby have now been ttc #3 for 16months now, we saw the gp a couple weeks back and I've had 2lots of blood tests and a ultrasound scan on Thursday my first lot of blood tests showed high testosterone, the results of my second lot will be back Tuesday. The Gp said depending on findings she'll refer us to a specialist for help.
